The Public Transportation Company responding to the "drink and drive" problem with an app and an electric bus that runs on demand throughout the night.
The Municipal Waste Company reeingeneering its
collection system for a cleaner city and for shopkeepers to save space and time.
Smart Home Treviso
Technology, smart design solutions and sharing economy to offer affordable accommodations and a "sense of community".
A social network matching organizations that run projects for urban innovation with students and professionals, who are looking for meaningful volunteering/pro-bono opportunities.
Smart Recycling Chutes
An innovative solution for high-rise buildings to help the City achieve its next big goal: 100% recycling across the city.
Four out of the six ideas were accelerated from concept to pilot stage.
Ten out of forty-two students were offered an internship or an entry position by companies participating in The Bootcamp.
The Bootcamp won the Award as the most innovative teaching programme across Ca'Foscari University for the Academic year 2015-16.
